CVS Pharmacy

"I always have a bad experience at this pharmacy but today was the day I had enough. It will be the last day I refill my son’s prescription here. I had called for refill last Wednesday 10/25 and was told it will be ready on Friday 10/27. Friday I go to pick it up and Juan the tech said we can’t refill it until 11/02. I go today, the same tech at window says there are no more refills when I know my doctor sent 3 refills until November. My doctor called and sure enough there was a refill left over starting October 23. I asked for the pharmacy supervisor Ches to complain and all he is asking is if I want to wait 30 minutes or he should call me when prescription is ready without even acknowledging the fact that this tech Juan was wrong and had made me lose all morning trying to get my son’s meds now my son has gone a week without his medication. These people hire incompetent techs, I will never do business at this CVS and I already submitted complain to corporation. These people need customer service etiquette training starting with their managers."

"Waiting for or dropping off a prescription requires a 40+ minute wait in the drive thru. Since they don’t place a closed notice on the litter lane and people get in that lane just to have to drive back around the building to get into a Longer line. Doesn’t any part of your management team use critical thinking and think what would I want to know? This by far is completely the unthinkable waste of a persons time to wait that long just to give your poorly managed store our money. This will stop and take our business where we are appreciated. The days of sorry as a answer is not enough."

"Irresponsible pharmacy. After waiting in line and taking my information and my son’s to pick up medicine, they told me the registrar is closed - really? I told them my son is sick and needs medicine, but still they did not care. They told me go to the 24-hour-CVS in mission. After driving and waiting in the drive through for almost an hour, they told me they could find my name, and my son’s medicine will be ready in three hours, meaning by midnight. What if someone is dying, is this how you deal with people’s lives. This pharmacy is a joke."
