"I chose to bring my internet and mobile business over to Verizon from Comcast because of some frustrating issues with Comcast. One reason I chose Verizon is because, unlike Comcast, Verizon has chosen to invest in our community with a bricks-and-mortar store and by employing actual human beings. One such person who was incredibly helpful was Juan S. He gave me the personal attention and time need to make sure that everything was done correctly and thoroughly.
