"We ordered a refrigerator in early December, it STILL has not arrived. We were initially told it would be 2 weeks, today were told it won't come until late March...I am so disappointed with our whole experience."
"In the past I gave them a 4 star. Now after today 1/15/24. I am giving a 1 star. I made a appointment 2 weeks ago. Today no one came out to my house. This will be the 2nd time this happen. I called them. The lady name Brook, she didn't know where The electrician guy was. So she told me she will call me back. Brook called back and told me that the electrician guy has a sick family. So I can make another appointment 2 weeks out. I end up telling her I will call back and make appointment, but I end up calling back and I talk to manager Nathan Kiefer. I told him what happened. That someone should have called me and told me that they wasn't going to make it. Nathan got mad started yelling at me telling me "then call someone else. I don't have to listen to this," and hung up on me. This is not professional and this is coming from a manager. You can't act like the victim, I am the victim! I didn't do nothing wrong. This is not right. Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day"
"I was told 433 for the job, then I received my credit card statement I was charged 533. Was told it was a miscommunication. Be sure and save your paperwork so this doesn’t happen to you."
"Shoddy, unprofessional and overpriced! Nothing was done correctly or finished properly and my home was left a disaster. Stay away!"
"We had our air-conditioning checked for the summer by Ty Royer, the HVAC service technician. He was fantastic. Ty took time cleaning, diagnosing and explaining the entire process to my wife and me. He is truly top notch and there are no words we could use to express how pleased we were with him and his service!"
