"I felt unheard. My time and money were wasted. I came in and said my symptoms show two different medical issues. The doctor was hyper focused on only one issue and not the other. She shut me down when I kept bringing up the other medical possibility. She gave me two rounds of meds that haven't helped at all. I'm tired."

"I was a patient of Dr. Philip at the clinic she worked at previously, and had written a horrible review for that clinic regarding my experience there. I want to make up for it here. Though I still stand by my previous review of the other office, Dr. Philip herself is amazing. She is caring and willing to work with you on any issues you come in with. She will make suggestions for your care, but not make you feel forced that it is the only answer. So for anyone who would prefer to make lifestyle changes, and monitor a situation, she will stand by your decision if it does not put your overall health at risk, and work with you to give you the care you desire. She is so kind and never makes you feel rushed even though you know she is on a schedule. I honestly try to keep my visit as brief as possible because I know she is busy, but she won’t make you feel that way. Also the support staff at this clinic I find to be so kind. I don’t know the girl’s name who normally checks me in, and does my vitals , but she is so sweet. I have had so many times where in medical care I just feel like a number, but here I don’t feel that way at all, I fell like they actually care. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a primary care physician to consider this office. Can I give 10 stars."
