"My daughter has been receiving music therapy from The Harrison Center for Music since she was about 3 years old. She has Autism and has a significant speech delay. The therapists approach therapy by first establishing a relationship with the patient which is one of the most magical and kind experiences I have witnessed. From there, they use music to support progress in IEP, ARD, and personal goals the parents or care giver may have. This is a non-abrasive therapy that truly meets the patients where they are at. Parents or guardians are welcomed and encouraged in the therapy session which allows for a truly collaborative effort and provides parents with tools and confidence to continue progress well after the session is over. The staff at The Harrison Center are kind, accepting, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in their profession. I HIGHLY recommend this facility."
