"I honestly don’t know where to start. This is the closest dunkin to where I live. I like to take a stroll to it, buy a coffee and sit in it whenever I have a chance. But sadly I can’t hide the multiple times where I’m left disappointed. Ive been to a lot of other Dunkin’s and I know 100% how things taste. At this location, I’ve experience tasting disgusting coffee and still don’t know if it’s the coffee or expired milk I choose. I’ve experienced cracked cups that leak. I’ve experienced getting my order done wrong. I’ve experienced getting cold lattes soooo many times. I wish I didn’t have to say this because the staff are so nice to me and try to fix things after the disaster has occurred. My latest experience was tonight at 7:25pm where I got an ice decaf coffee and my cup was slit and spilled all over my clothes and car. I will be back for a refund because I’m tired of getting my drink redone."
"Food- .5 Star Service- .1 Atmosphere- .5 ( cause it’s new) Beautiful store, I wish they knew how to equally distribute staff to the drive thru and to the people who actually take the time to go in. The other reviews are not joking when they say that there is an attitude problem towards walk in customers. They foster such toxicity that two customers almost went at it in line. I will do without this product moving forward. Thanks at least for making me realize that I can do without starting my day in a negative way and now will be looking for healthier options for my workplace!!! The star rating is just and your attitude alone makes this place invisible to me and my circle of friends and family. Sorry not sorry"
