"I have to say this is the best Starbucks in the area, probably anywhere that I've been to and I travel a lot. The staff is EXCELLENT. They are always friendly, accommodating and they make fantastic coffee. It's hard being in the customer service industry as a worker and they never disappoint! I personally like to thank Suzie, Joanna, Maria, Lexie for the being the best Starbucks crew around!"

"Amazing service! Unfortunately shortly after receiving my drive through order, I made a turn and it spilled in my car. I came into the store with the empty cups and I was immediately serviced. The staff asked what happened and apologized (although the accident wasn’t their fault but mine) and quickly replaced my beverages. Then they gave me a gift card for my next purchase. Again they did not have to be apologetic or provide a gift card since it was my fault the drinks spilled, but they did. Excellent customer service!! They have a returning customer! :-)"
"I come to this Starbucks all the time it’s the one in the neighborhood. But, it seems like more and more this Starbucks is getting rude by the second. Every time I come in around 8pm the staff is always rude. You have that one person on drive trying to do the front and the drive while the other people just disappear to the back. Then you walk in and you just standing their for the better part of 2 to 3 minutes before anyone greet you, but they all walking passed you. I just waited almost 20 minutes for a drink then I had to go back and ask if they forgot about my drink. Funny thing is I was standing in the place where you wait to get your drink and no one said anything... True, the lady on drive was super busy but everyone else was just going back and forward chatting on their headsets. Then after asking if they forgot about me I was ask what was my drink I told her then she appeared to have an attitude. No, sorry or anything. It’s time for me to find a new Starbucks or I need to just come in on day shift where the staff is awesome. At night time they just don’t care..."
