"I love dunkin but this morning the drive thru line took a long time. My hash browns were basically burnt and extremely dry. Then they forgot the Splenda I had asked for on the side."
"Horrible customer service, you go to this place of business to have younger staff roll their eyes at you and slam the drive through window in your face all after waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Once you get up to the window you have to allow additional time for jokes and giggles within the staff before they even collect your money or greet you. They never have anything I want to order and making accommodations to what I want, they still don’t have any of those options. I came through the drive through on Friday 9/22/23 around 6p to get my kids a few donuts and I was greeted with the most nastiest attitude from a younger heavier set woman of African American decent. I’ve definitely had enough of this place and will NOT be back. Please save yourself the aggravation. This place has given me wrong change back, wrong orders, and now attitude. I am completely done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Dunkin’ for the sake of your loyal customers please re evaluate your employees!"
"Most of the time, they get the order wrong. In addition, it is extremely dirty inside. Last time I went inside there was a huge bug crawling on the floor. In the picture, it shows the receipt and the order I received. Clearly, those are not bagels but croissants. The croissants are disgusting. The only good thing is the chocolate long john. The people working there aren’t so bad. Some do have an attitude problem when I mention that something is wrong."
