"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!! These people giving five stars will change their response when this happens to them. They never return calls. When I approached this situation because I wasted my gas money to go there for a prescription refill just to find out it wasn’t filled! Waited for an hour and a half because they do not specify when their really long lunch is. I was told they always answer their phone in the pharmacy area… not true. Never have I ever got a live person in the pharmacy. I was told I would receive a phone call always with in 24 hours or less… not true. I was told I would get a phone call back if the doctor said any other wise about keeping my prescriptions going but never did so I assumed I was in the clear. This is because I cannot make it first thing in the morning. I go to call to refill them when I have 3 days left like I was told to all to be told the doctor needed to see me first. I have a boyfriend with no legs, a daughter whom has seizures and has to be at school for 8 and a grandmother I take care of with dementia first thing in the mornings. When I had finally got an 11 o’clock appointment they took it off the schedule and put me on a first thing in the morning appointment. I never got a call they did that. They just did it. I mean They can not make one day out of the month to open an 11 o clock appointment for me. I have really good reasons why I can’t be there at 8. They seem to only have 8 o clock appointments. They care more about their lunch than they do their patients. I was given attitude from the pharmacy when I ran into my prescription not being filled that “there was other options to get my meds” but was never told. Like I am suppose to know this. I followed the note on the door but apparently I was suppose to know I could go to the front to get my meds. That is not what the note says on their door. Well NOW because nurse Cathy never called me back with the doctors response that was a week before I called for medication refill, I was told I have to go with out my bi polar and depression meds for who knows how long because they can not work me in for a later appointment. Stopping meds cold turkey could be really bad for someone. They are putting peoples lives at risk. Ummm I am severely depressed after finding out my daughter was molested for 6 years right when I was getting a divorce and I fell in a fire because of my dog all around the same time! My mother knew about the molestation but manipulated my daughter into not telling me! I just wanted to end my life but can’t because my daughters rely on me and they want me to just be off my meds cold turkey because I never got that phone call back. They put people lives at risk and do not care. They have to follow “protocol”. Well then follow what you say you will do so this doesn’t happen to yalls patients!"
"This place only cares about themselves. If you can avoid it, do not go there. The doctors are good but the staff are horrible. They will argue with you, treat you like a child, and not help you. They rush through as many appointments as they can. They view any problems that arise with medications as a waste of their time, even when it is their fault. They view their own time as their top priority while constantly wasting your time. If you miss an appointment they will not schedule a new one. You have to go sit until they can work you in. If they forget to send out your prescription, they make you waste an entire day to get it sent out or they tell you they can do it in a few days. All this place cares about is making as much money as possible or at least seeing as many people as possible. I don't even know why I am diagnosed with what I have. The doctor never diagnosed me. She got her diagnosis from a case manager. When I ask I'm told that they are trained to do that. But when I asked the people that diagnosed me they told me that they aren't trained for that....I hate this place."
"I’ve spent over three hours here today for an appointment they said i would take one hour. I am the only person in the lobby and there’s plenty of workers all chatting and but no one is actually working. Perhaps that’s why their services take so long. Please steer clear if you have any respect for yourself. Businesses shouldn’t operate like this."
"Was referred to here with another place. I chose this one due to location. Never even got first appointment. It was supposed to be an initial phone consultation. But evidently when they say first thing in the morning they mean something else. It's now 3 pm. I even called them at 10:45 am. I was told I would be called shortly. 4 hours later still waiting. Avoid, this not good behavioral healthcare."
"I want to thank DeMonica for taking time from her break just to help me. I was having problems with my insurance because it changed and the person who helps me with this was out the entire week so I couldn't get my medicine. DeMonica used to have that position but now she just works front desk. Even though DeMonica doesn't do that position anymore, she went ahead and investigated my insurance problem ON HER OWN FREE TIME. She could have told me that I'd have to come back next week but she didn't. She took 45 minutes of her time just to help me with and I was finally able to get my medicine."
