"My husband came in for a fit for duty evaluation physical that his job provided documents for a doctor to sign only To go back to work after a back injury. However the clinic “required” a urine and blood tests, when the forms for his job did not ask for those tests. Then the doctor tried to say that he “recommended” the tests and that my husband wasn’t obligated to confirm those tests. Like yeah, but you just said it was “required”. When I was a student and the school needed for the student to take a physical to play a sport and you went in to a clinic and just asked for the documents to be filled out. The doctor would do so right without “requirements” for blood and urine tests. However, since this clinic wanted to make their money so stinking bad they charged my husband like $156. My husband even told me that they wanted to do more tests, but he told them that he didn’t have enough money to do them all so they didn’t do them all. So if they were “required” why did they only do partial tests then, doesn’t make any sense. We could had went to a different clinic or even an urgent care to do JUST the forms that we went in for for about $55-$75 around that price range. They literally took food off our table because the doctor is greedy and new he needed those forms for my husband go back to work. Anyways, they poke your eyes out and do unnecessary things to get their money. Don’t go here they aren’t even professional the doctor had an attitude and told me to sit down when I tried to explain why did he do all of those tests if his job didn’t require them. He said because he needed to know how he was doing “internally” since he’s at work in the heat. Like dude he went in from a prior back injury that was already healed when we got there! Like all you had to do was confirm that and fill the forms. Not all the extra stuff. My husband felt intimidated and pressured in to taking the extra tests because he really needed to go back to work and have those forms filled out. So he did it because he felt like he had no choice and the doctor didn’t understand that. We even called other clinics and they would of done it for a cheaper price for what was actually needed but they didn’t have sooner appointments. All I know is that never again will we be coming here."

"Reasonable prices without insurance. The doctor and nurse were very nice. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone."
