"The lady stated she would be late to the massage, then I get there at the new time and after being told to fill out the forms, I sat there for 30 mins before going to back to look for staff. Finally, a lady was putting on her makeup in a room and said she doesn’t know when the massage would take place, she just runs the front desk??? I told her that I had waited 30 mins and no one has said anything. I told her I would just leave, so while leaving the owner walked out it said she was sorry. This place is very unprofessional and doesn’t have any sort of business management. I would NEVER go back, because it was a big waste of time."
