"Went by the deli today and the young lady angel was absolutely AMAZING!! She literally helped me with every question and problem I had! She very polite and knowledgeable of the store! I hope she’s there next time because I rarely get good service from the woman at this location. We’ll be back!!"
"I'm so dam tired of shopping here! I only do because I live here in Ferguson I generally use self checkout so I can just get what I need and out of the store!! Every time I'm there I try to use the customer service after I buy my groceries and they literally never help me they say we are busy as multiple employees are standing around laughing and talking not doing a dam thing!!!As I watch them helping others just before me in customer service!! Granite I'm a white male!! The customer service is by far the worst iv ever seen!! (Note) this happens to me several times a week.and it's not just me they do it to. They pick and choose who they will and will not help!!!!"
"Was going to self check yesterday and was told I have too many items by a blk employee! I shop here often and see plenty of blk folks checking out with whatever in self check out, but I got denied why? They are predjuduce and she needs to be fired. No sign saying 20 items or less. She kept talking but never answered any of my questions about the policy? Why, because she didn't have a damn leg to stand on.No manager in sight. The floors were trashed up, no workers to ask questions, and 3 cashiers with lines out the wazoo. She worried about my cart though? Run your store! Do your job with all the misplace laying out. Felt very offended. If a item limit , post it."
"Great grocery store. The prices of groceries are ridiculous but we need them. Deli department is always closed if they open the seafood department closed you never know what your getting when it comes to them"
"Employees are professional and friendly but the store falls short of options and quality selective foods like other Schnucks on Olive,West county,Clayton and so many others that service the people of those communities with nice options. The Schnunks family did an excellent job with the staff but poorly when it comes to quality of freshness in fruits,vegetables and meats. The store is dated and needs a face in the community."
