"Went to Mavis for front brakes and CarX a block away for back brakes. I'll never do that again! Car X showed little concern in fixing a problem that's under warranty and tried to upsell me extra service without even as inspecting their work. Took my business back to Leo and the crew at Mavis, who in turn treated me with respect and great honest customer service, inspected what Car X didn't and fixed the problem without any upcharge. I'm glad I found these guys, will definitely return for all my maintenance needs. Car X could learn a few lessons if they look out the window across the street."

"Literally THE best car shop!!! Due to the below freezing temperatures in Chicago this week, my car died and would not turn on. Jump started it and took it to this shop and they were very fast with service and told me right off the bat it wasn’t a battery issue just an internal computer issue and fixed it so fast for me. The staff were also very friendly and even though they were really busy, they still attended to you in a promptly and professional manner. Thank you Mavis and team!!!!"

They didn’t give up bc it was clear my tire had an issue. Thanks for the repair! Will return in the future."
