"I would never recommend this insurance to anyone I’ve been paying this insurance for a long time get into a accident that was not my fault and my own insurance company pouch insurance didn’t want to help me it’s unbelievable I’ve never seen this type of behavior from your personal insurance if I would’ve went with progressive I would have never been treated as such you don’t have to worry about me and I’ll spread the word how you treat your own policy holders"

"Pouch insurance has terrible customer service, and they lack the resources to give you the help you need. I was involved in an accident with someone who used this insurance policy. It seemed like it took months to get my vehicle fixed, all because this company does not know how to properly do their job and they lack the resources to get things done in a smooth manner. They totally lack efficiency. You send emails in regards to your claim, they do not reply back. You call their claims department to help with your claim, they seem forgetful. All in all, they lack the resources to give you the quality service that you need when you are involved in an accident. They are not trying to help at all. I ended up paying more out of my own pocket for a rental car then they paid to get my car fixed. They did not reimburse me for rental car services, even though they said I could be reimbursed. I have never dealt with an insurance company with such terrible customer service like this before."

"Horrible customer service... In a matter of a week we have had our policy cancelled and reinstated 7 times... It literally took communicating with 7 different people @ pouch to get a simple answer as to what was going on.... Changed c/c last month.. Informed we were on autobill ... Then they cancelled the policy for no payment account on file..... Then we just got another notice after we told them they werent allowed to charge anymore (as they were trying to double dip) that the policy was cancelled...... PSA... In my opinion... Go somewhere else... Unless u like the run around"
