"AutoZone was my go to store for parts for decades, not anymore. To the Black female employee that attended to my needs, Customers don't cater to you, its the other way around. Next time, Don't order the customer to go with you and make them carry the car battery by themselves from the back room. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Corporate will love you for this, I guarantee it. We passed by 2 empty push carts on the way to the back, you didn't even bother grabbing one. I see you got your nails done. If you didn't want to chip your nails, you could have asked the male employees for help with the battery instead of asking the customer. For the employees witnessing what was happening & had that surprised look. Anyone of you could have stepped up and change the situation but decided not to do the right thing. Anyway, I really hope you improve on your customer service."
