"I want to Big Jays on a Tuesday to enjoy the $1 shrimp and more a female took my order she was very rude when taking my order she didn’t ask of that completed my order we had two orders as we were talking to her she keep coming back with smart reply I stopped and speak with I guess he was the manager another rude reply from him without even hearing what was going on.Horrible customer service to the point we had to roll up the window because he refused to stop when we didn’t want to talk anymore. To include saying the customers not always right . Wow"

"I visited Big Jay's because my Mother loves Buffalo Fish & had been getting it from a popular Supermarket, but for the past month or so, they had not been receiving any deliveries. My Mother got her Buffalo Fish every Fri like clock work, but she was being disappointed not being able to get it from her usual place, so I took it upon myself to give Big Jay's a call, because I remembered seeing Buffalo Fish on their website menu. When I called & was told that "Yes" they carried Buffalo Fish, U didn't have to tell me twice. I headed there with her & she was able to purchase her Buffalo Fish & not only that, but we also ordered Sweet Potato Pie, Banana Pudding, & to my Mother's surprise a hard Cinnamon Candy Apple which she had been searching for yrs for, but could only find the Caramel Candy Apples. Big Jay's is now my Mother's Go-To spot for Fried Buffalo Fish, Sweet Potato Pie & Old Fashioned Hard Cinnamon Candy Apples. The food was seasoned perfectly, the portions were plenty, & the prices were extremely reasonable & on top of that the service was A-1. It's Family run & it shows, because they care about giving their customers good, quality service & great food!!!! As long as my Mother is happy & satisfied, that's all that matters to me, so Big Jay's has 5Stars allday everyday with me!!!"
