"Foods always good and delicious. Always tastes fresh. Only downside is the service. It's continually slow and the staff always act annoyed when someone walks in. I'm not the type who expects a red carpet or even a thank you. It's a business transaction after all. But there's no leadership in the place and it shows. It's always shown. No one is happy to be there and they act like they'd rather the place just shut down. BBQ is always expensive but their prices are decent for BBQ. The food is great. The place is clean. They're just not a good people place."

"One of the better chain BBQ restaurants I've been to. The service was great, very friendly and informative about the food. Thickest cut of brisket I've ever gotten from a similar place. The Westerner with brisket and spicy sausage is great. If you like unsweetened tea theirs is great. Also the spicy BBQ sauce has jalapeño seed in it and is great!"
