"This was my first visit. I was seen by Dr. Nhat Nguyen and many other assistants and office staff. Each and everyone was so very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I do have eye issues and I feel 100% confident in Dr. Nguyen and his assistants for my eye care."

"We went to family eye care. Bought glasses took them home. Then family Eye care had the nerve to call and tell us we owe more money. Due to a mistake on their part. After we pay and go home we are not responsible any longer. We paid what they asked us to pay."

"I am so frustrated... what good is scheduling and appointment if the doctors office does not stick to it. We had an appointment at 2pm got there at 1:45 mind you, did not get called back until 2:30 got test done was taken to a room and sat there for an additional 15 minutes doctor came in finished exam and was told they would be right back they had to go and get contacts to be fitted and that took an additional 20 minutes like what the hell. The lack of communication unacceptable. They have lost a family of 4. Mad and Disappointed."

"If I could give zero stars I would ! This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctor! I was in dire need of an appointment for my daughter as she lost her glasses and they had the quickest availability. Her normal doctor was booked way out. We did the eye exam and contact exam. What alerted me and made me uncomfortable with the doctor immediately telling me she should use a bifocal contact lens and that one is FDA approved and one isn’t! My kid is 10! Then she comes out and says she has to do a class to put her contact lenses on and that would be an Hour and they wouldn’t be sending her home with the contacts. I wasted 3 hours of my time for something I expected to be more timely and my daughter to walk out with contacts that she could use in the meantime.Was told contacts are a medical device that by law they cannot send her with the contacts home! I am all about following what needs to be followed but really!! You will make her try on contacts that she cannot take with her! I have never experienced such poor customer care. We will not be back and don’t recommend anyone going there unless you want to wait 3 or more hours."

"If I could leave zero stars I would! This was the worst experience I have EVER had at any kind of doctor office. 1. The waiting on numerous different professionals for each step of the process was rediculous. 2 hours for a contact prescription. 2. They are so money hungry. Every step of the way trying to charge for something extra. 3. We have excellent insurance and they still OVERCHARGED for a "Fit & Follow Up" even after pressuring us to go on and order contacts. We had no need for another appointment but they charged $70 that was not covered by insurance. 4. When questioned about the large amount requested at checkout, received a smirk and condecending response like I did not know what I was talking about. 5. CONVIENCE FEE! OMG...If you are going to charge a conviene fee for using a debit or credit card you should have disclosed that when we made the appointment! 6. We sat for an additional 25 minutes waiting to be checked out when there was plenty of staff standing around and talking to each other. The person that finally checked us out had been sitting at her desk the entire time we waited. 7. One positive-The doctor was extremely nice. 8. NOTHING else was positive about this place! Requested full refund....they are worried about getting their RX back. Really? And refusing to refund the Convience fee! This company has MUCH BIGGER issues to worry about!"
