Stade’s Farm & Market is a charming institution located in McHenry, Illinois, approximately 50 miles Northwest of Chicago. With 2,200 acres of corn, soybeans, and fresh fruits and vegetables, we offer a wide variety of produce directly to consumers through our Farm Market. Our farm is a popular pick-your-own destination, where you can harvest strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, pumpkins, and more. In addition to our produce, we have a bakery, specialty foods, and unique gift items available for purchase. Our Shades of Autumn Fall Festival is a must-visit, featuring 40 farm-related attractions, pumpkin picking, and family-oriented fun. Please note that we are a completely smoke-free farm and only fully-trained service animals are allowed on the premises. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for your convenience. "OUR ALL TIME FAVORITE! We have been to Stade’s farm multiple times. It’s open during summers and fall seasons. My son loves U-pick, petting zoo, farm attractions and tractors. They sell farm fresh honey, fruits, vegetables and treats. It’s a great place for all ages. Come and experience the joy by yourself"
"Our family's favorite farm. We have been coming her for years and love. Come for strawberry picking, apple picking, pumpkin picking, and, of course, the donuts. They also have the best strawberry slushy. Take the trip to this farm you won't regret it."
"This farm & market has everything for Fall fun! You can pick your own pumpkin, pick flowers (seasonal), buy potted mums, buy farm fresh made products like pies, taffy apples, kettle corn and apple cider donuts (my favorite!). They had rides for the kids and hot foods like corn on the cob (the best I ever had), ribs, pulled pork, and more. Staff were all very helpful and friendly! Craig drove our wagon out to the pumpkin patch, waited until we got our pumpkin and drove us safely back to the front where everything else is. I will return! UPDATE: I did visit again this year, and it was just as awesome as last year! Love the apple cider donuts!"
"My family has been coming here for over 20 years. We come for U-Pick strawberries, apples, and pumpkins. We also love attending the Sunday worship. Owners and workers are super friendly!"
"This place is amazing! The apples are great and the market has such a great selection. I wished there were some better magnet choices with the Stade farm name. Overall amazing. I'd post more pictures, but I don't have the consent of the people in the pictures, so here's me on a tractor."
