"Claimed my insurance wasn’t valid so I had to pay out of pocket. And when I refused the Covid test for the diagnosis, the doctor was very rude. This place seems more like a cash grab than doctors wanting to help."
"I was in/out less than a hour. Minimal forms to fill out. Due to being in-network, no out of pocket fees. The Dr was prompt and knowledgeable about my concern. The office sent over the Rx to my pharmacy. I asked about the reviews being bad and she said those are old. I agree, the prior negative reviews don’t apply to this well managed urgent care."
"Says that they close at 6pm but when I went at 3:45 they said they close at 4pm. They did not take me in."
"Tested positive for covid. I'm waiting for a prescription since yesterday. They NEVER answer the phone. They send my prescription to a pharmacy that is close for the weekend! How's that possible? Monday is closed for holidays, so I'll have to wait until Monday feeling bad. Keep trying to call them but the phone is disconnected or something. First day they made me wait for two hours."
"Went to get a covid test here and was told I would receive my results in 48 hours. It has been over 72 hours and I still have not received results. They are extremely unprofessional I called after 56 hours of not receiving my results and was told I would get them later that day. I still have nothing, they have hung up on me 4 times and have no decency to say goodbye or give more information. Now they have blocked my number and will not give me my test results. I am extremely upset because I needed these test results to get back to work and they are preventing me from that."
