"Five guys is always good. I've never had a bad experience with food. Although they had the back door cracked for some reason and it was freezing. I'm sure that doesn't always happen. The food was good."
"Delivered. Committee reassess your bags by the time this food was received less than 3MI away the bag was greasy and starting to tear was a nightmare to receive that bag. You brag about your overflowing fries well they overflow and they're greasy and they mess with the bag not good."
"Love their burgers but this location no good at least for my experience. Food took forever, then when we did get it, it was all cold. Didn't like my experience here. But definitely will try others."
"Last week Wednesday I went to this location after they had me on hold for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to Matteson anyway so I stopped by thinking that they were busy. They had a couple burgers on the grill but by no means busy at all, so I’m sure that they screening their calls. After all of that, what I received was a mountain of salt on my burger and fries as expensive as the food is there I was inclined to try and eat it but all I could taste was salt."
