"Every time I have been here the manager is beyond rude. I don’t remember what his name was but saw he worked there since 2007 which is a shock considering how rude he is to the sale associates. Openly belittling them in front of customers. It has put a bad taste in my mouth. I have a daughter and hope no man speaks to her like this. I put 1 star for him but Alexis the sale associate was amazing I’d give her 5 stars."

"The biggest party store I've been in that has everything you need to celebrate any occasion. Such a huge variety of balloons with the lowest prices around. They have balloons for any celebration. Can get pricey so becareful since they charge for helium which I thought wasn't fair."
"Horrible management, the sales associates are good though. I worked here for a little over two years, the first year was good, the rest were the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was treated with the most disrespectful attitude, pretty much treated like a servant. Algonquin party city general manager should be fired, I even contacted corp, No one helped.."
