"I overheard a team lead being extremely demeaning to another worker when talking to her about something. When she came back out she look defeated, she was talking to me before and seemed to be in a great mood before he spoke to her. His name was Erik I believe he works the front end. I shop there often and he’s always up there. It’s disappointing that target would allow someone like that to be a lead."
