"It’s been a min since I actually shopped in the galleria. However, I was looking forward to purchasing some jeans etc from American Eagle. Upon entering the store was very well, kept clean, and seem to be incredibly welcoming. However, I decided to try on two pairs Jeans for purchase after trying on those jeans and witnessing the employees making comments about someone in the dressing room I decided not to purchase my jeans. I understand that retail is not the easiest occupation in the world. However, if a customer observes retail workers being rude, and or talking about someone in the dressing room, it dissuades them from purchasing from them I will look At other stores for my jeans, as I did not feel confident about purchasing from a store, who makes fun of their customers. Even if there was a problem with another customer, etc. I should never as a fellow customer over here employees talking about someone in the dressing room. I will take my business elsewhere."

"This store is inside the saint Louis galleria. The place is clean and organized. They have a large selection of clothes and accessories. Unfortunately, they are understaffed. It is hard to find staff for help. I have to wait 20 minutes in line to pay. I would recommend using their website to purchase instead of coming to the store to save you time and hassle. They also have a large selection of new arrivals."
"I love this place because they have those stretch pants. They are so much more comfortable than regular denim yet they look exactly like regular denim."
"There is an incredibly ignorant male employee at this location who has black-framed glasses and a beard, so be advised. The beard is clearly a ploy to assert a level of dominance, because it is apparent he is quite insecure. His demeanor is one of brash rudeness, and his customer service skills are phenomenally poor. He treated my girlfriend and I as if we were the biggest inconvenience he had ever encountered at American Eagle. His career in retail will end very abruptly should he continue displaying such disregard for customers in the establishment, and talking to said customers as if they are inferior to him."
