"I shop here a lot...I have bought suits..casual clothes...pretty much everything...I always have a great experience.. on my last trip something was off...the store was empty...at least two people working...I received no help...I had to stretch to reach shirts that were way to high for a customer to be pulling down...I let myself into the dressing rooms...took my purchases to the counter...and waited...the employee at the counter stood with their back to me for several minutes until the second employee finally took pity on me. My transaction was quick and I was out the door 150 dollars lighter without so much as a " thanks for coming". This is not my usual experience. for what this store costs ..I expect better."
