"Best restaurant in a hotel that I've ever eaten at!"

"The food in the Networks Restaurant was okay (with the exception of severely undercooked eggs) but the service was literally the worse I've ever had. Our server was inattentive and we had to ask for our initial drinks and refills several times before they were brought out. Most of my party had their meals finished by time we finally received our drinks. When we received the checks, the server took our payment without actually showing us the totals, and wrote in her own tips and purchase totals on every one of them. Most of the party left before I did and she immediately came over and started checking the receipts. When one of our party didn't put the tip on her card and left cash instead, the server asked me to go get her and make her put the excessively large tip on the card in addition to the cash she left. She told me I HAD TO tip a certain amount and demanded I change my total, and then told me to alter my friend's receipt to include the tip on the card. She tried to argue with me when I told her that I wasn't going to commit fraud on someone else's bank account and that the tip was left in cash. She had me cornered and wouldn't let me leave until I had changed my receipt to include the high tip for both myself and my friend. She hardly came to check on us while we were eating but when it came to getting those tips, she was literally right on top of us and hovering over our shoulders. I see in other recent reviews that other guests have had this experience. I really don't appreciate being told what I'm going to tip and then bullied into tipping that amount when the service was awful. Any positive aspect of our stay was eclipsed by how unprofessional and rude the server was, and we won't be staying again for that reason."

"The food was decent, but the server didn't listen very well and she acted like she didn't care to wait on us. The only time she really cared to pay attention was when we had our tickets and she kept leaning over our shoulders and being pushy about how to write everything out. She then tried to convince one of our friends alter the tip we wrote on our ticket after we had left. Our experience at this hotel hasn't been very good and we won't be back."
