"This is a great hotel tavern! The staff was excellent, and the food was very good. I had a burger and fries. The burger has flavorful and not greasy. They also have a good selection of beers and drink options. I would definitely return if in the area. My only negative feedback is that the chairs were low to the floor and not comfortable if sitting a long time."

"I was very surprised by the deep dish pizza. Was fantastic. Was here traveling with a person who owned a pizza place in Indiana that does authentic Chicago pizza and it was very good to him as well. He had nothing but good things to say about it. I don't often review hotel restaurants because they are typically pretty average, but this one for pizza was top notch."
"I dined with the Tavern a couple times during my stay, and both times, Kenneth served us. Not only did he remember me by name, but remembered what I ordered and asked how it was (it was excellent). He then recommended new dishes, which I did: Calamari-great, especially the red peppers Prime Rib dip- excellent, ask Ken for the horseradish/sour cream sauce Burger-legit! Top with red peppers and side of horseradish/sour cream sauce. Ken gets it. He’s guest-experience oriented. Not many in hospitality have this gift but he certainly does. Dine in confidence!
