"I was here in June 23’ ordered the beef gyro platter. The food was tasting good but I noticed that there was hair in my gyro meat. Not 1 or 2 piece but 17+ from what I counted. Almost as if the chef was intentional about it. I notified the cashier and she was apologetic unlike the chef. Very nasty experience. Pictured is a small amount of what I noticed."

"On our family trip to Midwest, drove around 800 miles, everyone hungry so I searched for Halal food and surprisingly Halal Guys popped up and without second thoughts we all went and got our favorite food from halal guys but it was very disappointing, Halal guys are completely soiling their name and reputation by opening all these restaurants everywhere with zero quality & no flavor. Ive been hooked on to halal guys back in NYC on 6th ave & 53rd street when I used to drive yellow cab 20 years ago they were awesome and they still are awesome we absolutely adore The Halal Guys but sorry to say they are loosing the touch and mostly flavors, all these people working in halal guys shops have absolutely no idea of what halal guys actually are, they are ruining their reputation. I gave 2 stars for the love we have for The Halal Guys."

"Terrible Chicken platter. I'm not coming here again. I asked for chicken not chicken fat. The chicken has zero flavor. The rice has zero flavor. Stay away from this place."

"I drove 45 min today to get a combo platter. I have been driving to this countryside location for some time now, food is always amazing and service is great. Today however I was highly disappointed. I picked up 3 combo platters for me and my husband,we like to have extra to eat again the next day. I'm not sure if management has changed or if they've changed suppliers but the food is not the same! The gyro meat was cut into big chunks almost as if they just broke up a kabob. The chicken use to be cut smaller and thrown on the flat top or something to give it a little color, today I received pale large boiled cubes of chicken. The pita was hard and the veggies that I did get (didn't get any onions or green peppers) looked like they were sitting around for some time soggy lettuce and mushy tomatoes. While I was eating I bit into a chunk of tomatoe that almost tasted like a lemon very sour,I tossed everything in the trash after that. I was so disappointed ìn today's meal overall, I would not eat there again."

"We love halal guys for the tasty mediternean dishes. The drive thru is never crowded and the service is fast. My only complain is that they have just 2 sauces. The white and the red sauce. That’s why we quickly outgrow the taste and come here once a month. I am pretty certain that would frequent this place more often if they had more variety of sauces. I have always wondered why this place does not have so many customers as some nearby businesses esp in the drive thru. I think it is the lack of variety in the sauces. Ps: we did have a few instances of partially cooked falafel. But we couldn’t do much because we always do a take out and we realized this when we came back home."
