"Horrible. Asked if I'm ready to order. Asked a question about the menu. She Ignored me while fiddling with head set. Continued to ignore me and continued on with POS. Walked out."
"They always seem to forget something with my order and this has happened numerous times already. Also, they told to me to pull around by the doors and I got to watch everyone else drive away with their food while they told me they cleared my order off the screen and forgot I was outside. I was out there for half an hour…."
"My mother and I stopped in to have lunch. We waited for awhile for someone to come to take our order . A young woman came and took our order. I asked after ordering the $5 snack box if I could do it with chicken instead of beef, she said yes. She handed me my receipt which I thought seemed high but was not sure how much the items were that my mother ordered. I checked the receipt to see that she charged me .90 per item in the box for chicken. I said to her I was unaware that there was an additional charge for replacing the beef with chicken. She said and I quote " you are the customer you should know." I stood there sort of confused so I said when I asked could I replace the beef with chicken why did you not say yes but it will be an additional charge per item. She said, " I don't care." At that point I asked to speak to a manager who did absolutely nothing but give me all of my money but did not even fulfill our order. I asked if she was going to speak to the young woman about her behavior and she said yes later when there were no customers. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. I am sure they both DO NOT care but whoever owns this restaurant should because if this is the way the customers are treated I don't think you will have too many. We left and went to Culver's. I have never seen such unfounded rudeness from an employee and lack of response from a manager."
"Just got off of work, and had never had any Taco Bell before. A customer gave me a gift card and I figured I'll give it a shot. Christian hooks me up with a great combo meal, the nacho deluxe, I believe it was called and on the way home? Oh it was so delicious especially the Nacho fries. Like wow. Got a second order today too"
