"Great food terrible service. Just found out they changed owners about a year ago when I called to complain about a missing item from my pickup order. The service has been lacking for some time, being rude and snippy while we were ordering, saying we didn't order an appetizer when we clearly remembered doing so, scoffing at needing to make change when we paid cash. Today the person that answered the phone had the audacity to argue with me about what is clearly written on their menu on their website. The food is amazing, but we are never going back here, the chicken satay isn't worth the aggravation."
"Used to order from here all the time food WAS excellant. Something changed about a year ago and hasn’t been the same. Decided to order again and see if things improved from a year ago. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai for lunch, TOO sweet, couldn’t eat it."

"Cida Thai used to be the go-to place for decent Thai for a good price. With the large price increases over the last few years, unfortunately we must look elsewhere. Case in point: a large chicken rice soup used to be $4.99, now it's $10.99, which is a massive increase especially considering the soup is mostly broth and rice. If you want good Pad Thai that won't break the bank, try Woow down the street."
