"I just purchased a classic roast beef at the drive thru. I was handed my bag as soon as I got to the window so it was prepared super fast. The Beef was extremely dry and super hot (it is never piping hot, burn your mouth, like this) and the bread was super soggy to the point that it was actually gummy. I ate it within 3 minutes of leaving drive thru. I'm guessing it was microwaved, but not sure why they would do that as there was only 1 person ahead of me? It was disgusting."
"The young man that greeted me was very friendly. I had the Beef & Cheddar combo and no joke, was probably the best Arby's mean I have ever had. Everything was very fresh, including the fries. They were hot and crispy and my sandwich was hot and delicious."
"Horrible place so Dirty it’s crazy floors and tables so sticky no wonder they don’t have any business at all older lady in front bad attitude to customer I ask the young kid in front why are they so dirty and sticky he said it been like that for years I was like wow they need to hire a power wash crew and power wash the whole restaurant won’t be back no wonder they don’t have any customers"
