"Very poor customer service. This is the second Old Navy I have been to in the area that have been very rude and have giving me poor service. Ironically, the poor service came from the managers of both stores, so who do you report the bad customer service to in that situation."

"I placed an online order and I couldn't pick it up within the 5 day period due to an unexpected emergency and had to leave out of town. After 5 days, they should automatically put the items back on the shelf and processed refund. It has been over 1.5 week and I still haven't received it. Just called their store because I couldn't do it online, and the lady said she would cancel it whenever she can get around to it in the most snooty voice ever and sounded like she wouldn't do it. Unbelievable customer service and this is upsetting service. I hope that I will receive my refund soon as she said, but that's not how you talk to customers nor should you just do the job because it's been over 1.5 - going on almost 2 weeks. Refund should have been processed over a week ago."
