"I placed an order at 5:32 PM and it is now 6:09 PM and my sandwich has not been delivered yet. My husbands deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati’s got delivered before a sandwich. When I called the delivery guy seemed in no hurry to get it to its destination. Jimmy John’s needs to change their slogan to “you’ll get it when you get it.”"
"Not a Jimmy John’s standard. It’s a veggie sandwich, of course made with same gloves they touch meat products with. Seems to have lacking some training around how to handle food. It wasn’t under staffed. Not sure why they can’t maintain certain standards. Of course, Sandwich lack of lettuce and guac in between the cheese. Won’t be going to this location at all."
"This place has the worst customer service ever. I order wraps from this place from their online website. I received a confirmation email and everything . As soon as I got there, staff member calls me that they can’t honor the price I ordered from their online website and said that it was a “scam”. How is it a scam if it’s their website .I took the time to get there with high hopes. It’s not the customers fault if they have something wrong with their website . TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE . The staff member said that the owner doesn’t care either !!!!"
