"Frustrating experience when we place an online order and the receipt clearly stated the order that they still got wrong. Ordered drive through and gave us the wrong soup. Better make sure you get the right food before you drive off."
"The chicken noodles soup was so watered down I just threw it out. I normally like their soup but it ended up just tasting like dirty water. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and the bread was all torn up. It was not good. This place had a very dingy vibe as well. Service wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst it was mediocre, but the soup was just horrible."
"I ordered from a table and put my table number on my order. I used the app. I was seated near the placed where orders were called. I did not hear my name. After several minutes I thought I saw my order. I was right. I thought it would be brought to me, since I put my table number on it. They never called my name. I went up and picked up my order. My sandwich was still warm but not as hot as usual. Disappointing."
"Not getting what is pictured in their ads, expectation vs reality is a stark contrast here with the hot food. Three stars for the ladies as cashiers at this location are very kind and helpful! Kitchen staff is always rude but what are you gonna do."
"Pleasant, not too crowded place. The service was very kind and polite, accepted the order and delivered the meal with a genuine smile. Very tasty Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup for which I only paid $10.10. If it weren't for the fact that I'm here on a short vacation, I would love to visit this place again."
