"I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered iced butter pecan coffee and loaded hash browns. What I got was iced cinnamon coffee and burnt hash with a little bit of cheese and burnt bacon. I had to go in and get a replacement coffee (hadn’t opened the hash browns at that point). Not one employee greeted me or said they were sorry. The females just went on speaking in Spanish. These women need to learn customer service"
