"We were there last night and I had an incredible experience, to say the least. The wine and food were exquisite, but the best part was the service that we received from Rich. He was professional, yet personable, and attentive. I could have gone anywhere else for dinner, but we’ll definitely be going back just to have Rich as my server. He is amazing and everyone should request him!"
"We were in Chicago for my father-in-law's birthday and so went to his favorite place. I've only been to two of these restaurants and have enjoyed myself at both of them. My wife didn't care for her wedge salad but I enjoyed my skirt steak. They gave my father-in-law a nice birthday sweet for dessert. Overall a nice place even though I think it is pricey."

"The pistachio crusted grouper was excellent. The short rib risotto was average, and it would have been better if there was more short rib. Excellent key lime pie. Service was inconsistent. One entree was served 10 minutes before the remaining three. For a chain restaurant, it's not bad."
"A Sr. Executive of my company was in town and wanted to get together with everyone. So she scheduled a lunch at Cooper's Hawk. We were brought to the table. It was a nice large round table, so we all could see each other and talk without leaning over. We had several appetizers which we shared with the lazy Susan built in the table. There is a good range of dishes available including non meat options. I had beef tenderloin. Several people brought the dishes, so the had to ask who the dish was for. The couple of dishes our waiter brought he did remember who the went to. It was a great time and great food."
