"Me and My Fiancée were just at the drive thru and we received 2 wrong drinks all the food is cold and wrong. Line took forever and for the inside to be closed ot took way too long. Had to wait 5+ minutes at the speaker before we even got to order anything. Absolutely terrible!"

"I payed for my order came to pick it up and all they said was that their closed at 11pm I asked for my money back and they told us to leave, still haven’t got my money back. Every time I came before that happened they always had terrible customer service I haven’t gone back since. Racist."
"Came here at 11 am with my kids to get some lunch. The customer service is HORRIBLE! There was an older lady, looked to be the manager, had a lot of gray hair had me waiting to place my order for 5 minutes. When she finally came to the register I said HI and there was no response. She was super rude and gave me attitude. Hopefully corporate sees this and helps this “manager” learn some customer service skills."
