"They had me waiting in line for more than 15 minutes, and they only served me because I asked them to take my order. A child was before me, the cashier was talking to him and she walked away without say anything he was just asking about something missing in his order. At that same time another customer came in upset because they made him come inside to pick up his order when somebody in the drive thru told him that he can pick it up by the window . This place definitely needs better customer service."

"Literally told them i wanted 4 double cheeseburgers plain and then i come home to see everything is on the burgers! It is so frustrating when people do not know how to take your damn order! You people need to go back to school and get some common sense or something because your service is absolutely horrible completely and utterly disgusting what you do to people"
"Bad food bad service. Waited 20 mins in drive through like for two sundaes. Upon getting them they were melted. Nasty food. Do not come. They also have a problem with maggots on their kitchen. DO NOT COME"
"The food is okay but the fries always seem old. The people just want to hurry and get u out of there. I know it's fast food but they don't even look at u in the eye when taking your order. The place is ALWAYS dirty behind the counter. McDonald's I couldn't eat my food that I got that day. Please help this location. The other McDonald's in Wheeling on Dundee is way better. UPDATE....... I went back to thus location, they renovated but it's smaller now. There were only about 8 customers in the front main dinning room and we were pretty crowded. It was very warm in the building. We had to wait 17 minutes for a mc nugget meal. There was some kind of male manager trying to help them out . The fountain drink station was a mess again. I feel sorry for this location."
