"Ordered breakfast, menu price is 6.89 for the #7 they rang it up at 9.04, when I went in to get it fixed they said it was rang up as a medium (which I didn’t ask for) but with that the menu says it’s a $0.58 the math doesn’t add up. I won’t be coming back if over charging is how they what to run there location"
"The cost to quality has been declining for some time. Be very careful if you are paying with a credit/debit card. If they double charge you, they won't admit it, and there is one manager that will call you a liar to your face."
"Ordered a Sourdough Chicken Club sandwich today and was told they no longer made those. Ordered a Rodeo Crispy Chicken sandwich as an alternative. Got a child size sandwich… with tiny chicken patty, 3 tiny onion rings, and BBQ sauce on a regular Junior sesame seed bun… see photo. This sandwich is supposed to be regular sized sandwich on a potato bun, with 3 half strips of bacon, American cheese, and creamy mayo on it. Not even close! Check your order before you leave the store!!!"
"Never give receipts. Presumably so they can take the surveys themselves and make Burger King think they are better than they actually are. Don't get me wrong, the food is.... okay.... I come here for breakfast and their menu is never turned around for breakfast. One day I told them and then they just brushed it off. I literally had to look up the menu on my phone to order. I come here about once a week and the results are the same. There is nobody in line but they make me pull up to a waiting spot. And I NEVER GET MY RECEIPT. I ran a fast food joint so I understand that receipt reviews matter. But you fix them with hardwork, NOT by taking customer receipts and lying. Update 11/3/21 - Again, no receipt. Also, I forgot to mention before, broken screen. On top of all of that, I find it very strange why they make me pull up to their stop sign when and they bring my food outside to me when there is NEVER anyone else in the line."
