"We went through the drive through. So we didnt go in. But they were very organized & had people outside taking orders so we could get through quickly. I had not been to this restaurant since 1981, then it was in a Mall in W. Texas. They do not have the Carrot and Raisin Salad anymore. That was one of my reasons for going. So i was disappointed that they dont have it anymore. I'd love the recipe to make it at home."
"One of the busiest I've ever seen, but they handle it nicely. I wished they had parking for app orders, but they still make you show up with the phone you ordered on and go through the drive-through... so don't order and expect someone else to pick it up. That's the only complaint I have."
"We had Chick-fil-A cater our rehearsal dinner before our wedding and it was so easy! We ordered through the app and they had it delivered right on time. My husband and I are HUGE fans and we loved having that memory to look back on."
"Car traffic is the reason I will go elsewhere most of the time. Management has made thoughtful changes to improve traffic flow. Still if the lines of car customers are not contained within their parking lot (and my car can enter without blocking street traffic) I will pass. I personally have witnessed two fender benders in their parking lot."
"Employees really impressed me today. They were kind, smiling and eager to please and willing to go above and beyond. Today one lady was actually moving the tables out so she could sweep and get everything on floor. She also asked patrons if she could remove trash from their tables. She also asked if anyone needed a refill. WOW. Don't get that kind of service anywhere. It sure made the rest of my day."
