"I usually understand the stress of working with the public but today, I lost respect for a waitress at El Nuevo Mexico Restaurant. We clearly asked for an extra item to be stuffed in a burrito and the waitress did not believe us. She took the fork out of the person's hand and started to dig into the burrito we purchased. I was disgusted. We really like this place but the service and behavior of the waitress was unacceptable. The manager apologized but the damage was already done."
"Great prices for the quality of food and we've always experienced very friendly service. Food is prepared promptly and we rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for our orders to arrive (to be fair, we usually go during less busy hours). The watermelon margaritas are also made with real watermelon and not syrup which is always a big win in our book. Not a high end dining experience, but definitely merits 5⭐️ for what it is - minimal frills quality food"
"Excellent atmosphere. Excellent staff. Excellent food. My only complaint would be that the "spiciest" sauce (chipotle) was not spicy at all. The salsa had a little heat, so adding that helped. :-). Either way, it still tasted amazing."
