"I’m a regular customer and I’m never disappointed with my food. You’d be surprised how quick you’re in and out and you’re always greeted with a smile. The manager, Maria, is always so sweet and friendly. She does a great job of making sure everything is going well in the location and is so helpful to customers. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends. Great food."
"I came here yesterday through the drive-through and I was placing my order in before I could confirm that my order was correct. The older manager with blonde hair and glasses started to rush me through my order and asked me do I need anything else before I was even done. The energy was definitely off, with that being said I didn’t place my order and politely drove off. To be honest their customer service isn’t really all that. I guess you shouldn’t expect too much coming from a fast food restaurant but also sometimes the attitude of the employees makes you not even want to eat here. There’s a better Popeyes on Algonquin in rolling Meadows. I honestly think you should go there. And also sometimes the food tastes old I won’t be back here after that treatment. It is sad because it’s a local Popeyes."
"I've had a chicken sandwich and two sides. The clerks were very pleasant and cheerful. They provided fast service. There was ample parking at this time, we were there at around 1pm on a Thursday."
