"That gurl Polly is a sandwich artist. I went stopped by this fine sandwich shop while strolling along a mostly empty New Lenox, and let me say, this establishment is a brightspot of this town. The sandwich artist made the most fresh, hearty, and delectable sandwich. You could tell that it was made with love. She made service quick, and my order was accurate."

"First time unhappy with this place! I was the only one in line and they messed up my sandwich. Didn’t give me the right bread had one slice of meat on it and there was egg and something brown in the sandwich. The receipt was correct, but the sandwich was wrong."
"I went through the drive-thru on 8/23/23 and ordered an Avo turkey add mushrooms and a farmhouse salad and a cookie and the mushrooms on my sandwich were raw and the salad looked like someone had eaten out of it already. I called the store and spoke with Caden who identified himself as the manager and he did nothing but made excuses for why my sandwich was not made correctly and that all of their farmhouse salads were made this way. Cadens customer service skills were very poor and he refused to rectify my dissatisfaction of my order. I will be escalating this issue to his boss the store manager who he states will be available on 8/24. I have visited this location several times on my way to work and any issues I had were immediately corrected but today with Caden they were not. Im highly unsatisfied by his inability to communicate properly and offer a solution for their mistake. I will definitely follow up on a survey as well as with the store."
"Food was really good especially the Oreo shake. Service was a bit odd and was difficult to understand the ordering process. all the employees have headsets on and you're not sure if they're talking to you or on the headset or what's going on. For the first few minutes it was hard to even get I contact to get their attention. Really just felt like they didn't have a manager or anybody running the show."
