"Martino group is so mean. The washer in my unit does not work well and they sent technicians who were not able to solve the problem at all. And they threatened me saying that "Please just be aware that if there is nothing wrong with the washer you will be charged for the work order." They should be kind always and be responsible for all the problems in the apartment. The wall is paper thin as well. The hall way is always so dirty with trash, dirt and dead bugs. They don't clean it frequently. Maybe once a month? And when I first moved in here, I requested for the maintenances several times on the website, but they never responded at all and they never came. I want to move out as soon as possible."
