"So right when I walked in I got the ruddest look from all of the workers. And I went up to order and I asked for a bowl and he goes what and I said a bowl and he goes a bowl of cereal and at that point I was done but I kept calm and I kept ordering like I was a sandwich in the. Then I said can I pls get no cheese and he goes ya I guess. Then I went to the girl with the topping I said can I jsut get the special sauce and spices . She goes what. I repeated my self 6 times and during that I was getting such dirty looks from all of the workers. Such a horrible experience. I love all the other ones but not the workers I. Round lake. They need to change their additude."

"I don’t like the fact that you have to wait so long for your food while you’re in store because of online orders. I think you should service in house people first. I just left without getting any food."

"Food was good and fresh. I ordered the chicken Philly in a bowl (it was sautéed with peppers and onions, but said nothing about jalapeños, so it was warm!) I wouldn't have requested them but it was ok. I wish they would have put more lettuce for the base of their salad. It was just a small handful. Otherwise delicious."

"I went here for lunch with my girlfriend on my day off, as we decided to try something new. We walk in to see a friendly staff waiting on other customers while we look over the menu. We place our order and that brings up to our first problem, we walk out $45 in 3 different sandwiches. That is really expensive but I figured it was warranted with a chicken cheese steak, a chicken bacon ranch, and a buffalo chicken sandwiches. We get home to start eating and notice a few things. First, the meat on any of the sandwiches is not cooked fully. It is close enough to eat, but still far enough to notice. Second, we begin to eat and when I tell you this chicken was some of the worst taste I've ever had, I mean it. It was slimy, watery, and overall not good. Third, my girlfriend could not get through her sandwich without feeling that her inside have just been tossed around with the few bits that she had. She did not even finish her food, and with spending $45 for 2 people, I would have really hoped if either of us hadn't finished our food that it would be leftovers for later. The food was not anything that would consider returning for. As I said the service was good"

"Good food, fast/ polite staff, TERRIBLE VALUE! I know most people get more than a meat and cheese on a sandwich, as is their right, but I like a simple to the point sandwich. I always get a giant #6 DOUBLE MEAT. THATS RIGHT, THE SANDWICH IN THE PHOTOS IS DOUBLE MEAT. that also means double the price, as stated by the girl who made my sandwich. I paid $25 for a sandwich that if you remove the excess bread amounts to a medium Arby's sandwich! I don't know if the staff are being told to go easy on the meat and fill up on the lettuce or if it was just the worker who made mine but $25 for this is unacceptable. This is not the first time but the 3RD time this has happened to me. If this is what passes for a $25 sandwich then I will not be spending my money with jersey Mike's anymore and will do my best to keep family and friends from throwing their money away as well. Hope others don't have the same experience as me because honestly at this point subway is a better value than this."
