"Latest order didn't seem like it was done correctly. It didn't appear to have extra cheese and double meat. Didn't taste like it had the onions and horseradish either. However, it was a great sandwich and it could have been my mess up. Why does sounds like I'm complaining? To show the even with a mess up (mine or theirs) the food still tastes great and I'll be back for more later. Tiny little complaint that there wasn't much ice in my drink but that just means more drink. I just added more ice at home. The soup was hot, tasty and great with bread chunks added. Lastly, great chocolate chip cookies!"
"Panera bread was very rude and seem to be racially profiling me. I usually have good reviews on business places out this way. Every time I'm in there I'm over questioned and second guessed. I don't recommend going there if you don't fit the description of whom they think should be there."
"They've screwed up my order for the last time. Picking up food for a sick kid on my lunch break, no time to go back and complain. Not even close...ordered mac and cheese, two soups, grilled cheese and bread. Got three apples, a soup and chicken salad sandwich. They screw up the orders regularly, but this takes teh cake. Make sure you check everything, even open the wrappings while in the drive thru. You are warned."
"Cant always justify the price but when i do im not disapointed. Also sign up for the app (free version) they offered me a free baked good. Got a $4 cinnomon roll for free!"
