"I really want to give this place a 5. They simply don’t make places like this any more. Great atmosphere and a surviving diner. However, $45 for breakfast for 2? Had to ask for creamer, ketchup, syrup ( plopped on my table with frustration) and after that I decided to ask the cook to push my toast down in the toaster….since my meal had arrived already. So, the service brought it down. The place was a tad dirty but typically that doesn’t bother me if the food is great. But, I always say… if I can cook a better breakfast, I’m not a big fan. Again, I wanted to give this a 5. The locals seem to love it….maybe I went on a bad day?"

"After recently moving to the area we started scoping out the local diner scene, hitting up about a dozen places over several months from high-end to hole-in-the-wall. Daddio’s is by far our favorite and has become “our place.” The food is genuine good ‘ol diner fare - nothing on the menu is overpriced and all of the classics are available. If you’re looking for something complicated or over the top, this is not your place. The atmosphere is homey, casual, and good for kids. It’s a small space so groups of more than 4 or 5 are not ideal. The manager is usually there and is always kind and our girl Kara is the BEST. She’s sweet and quick and keeps that place moving."

"This place was so cute, and we were so excited to finally try it. However, my husband and I both ordered omelets (the godfather and the everything) the godfather did not have mushrooms or spinach as any of the ingredients listed on the menu and then for mine I asked that there was no mushrooms. Both came and were full of mushrooms, I didn’t want to waste the food and picked around it but let her know it was incorrect. My husband cannot stand mushrooms so they remade his that had 2 ingredients that were not even part of that dish. When the new omelet came out… MORE mushrooms and so he just picked around it. They watched us dissect our breakfast and leave a good amount before we went to pay. We were not expecting to have our meals comped but no one even offered to maybe have us pay for one or like anything to compensate for 3/3 omletes being incorrect. Then, since we spent $34 on food with items we did not like and dissected, we tipped low and the waitress was very vocal about the low tip. Which I just think is poor customer service. Again, we would have paid the full amount but to even be offered anything for a full incorrect order would have been nice. The coffee was good."

"We have been to Daddio’s Dinner a few times and the food is always so good. There are a lot of cool vintage toys, which takes you back to your childhood. The service was awesome, and the menu offers a lot of options. The owner is such a nice and incredibly kind. We highly recommend this dinner to anyone in the area looking for good food, great service and a great ambiance."
