"I was crazy nervous to take my car to a dealer after reading the bad reviews on Google, but my experience here was very pleasant. Great service, friendly, timely. Had an appointment for two recalls on my 2017 Subaru Impressa. They quoted 2 to 2 and a half hours and took 2 hours. Waiting room was very nice with huge tv, snacks, and cold bottled water. Nice comfortable chairs too. While in the waiting room, I over heard someone else that was in the waiting room, they had come in to tell her that some of her lug nuts and studs were stripped or broken, and asked her if she wanted them replaced, and the cost. I liked seeing that, some dealers just fix things and tack it onto the bill. So it ends up being a nice surprise when you get your bill. So the fact that they ask for permission for such a minor fix is very comforting. I will definitely take my car here again in the future."
