"I have been getting my vehicles serviced regularly by Buttita Auto in Rockford on Mill Road for several years now. Their scheduling is flexible, their prices are much more competitive than the dealerships, and their work has always been top notch. Recently I had a tire that needed attention and they got me in very quickly and resolved my issue in minutes, which allowed me to get right back on the road instead of spending the day (or worse) at the tire shop or dealership. They are always friendly and helpful, and for an auto repair shop their waiting room is not bad either, and they offer free WiFi (which actually works) to boot. If you are looking for a good auto repair resource at a fair price, I highly recommend you give them a try."
"These mechanics are competent but will push work on you in order to rack up the bill. If you think something does not need to be done (in addition to what you have asked to be done if what you have asked to be done is not expensive) you really need to strongly insist. I have no doubts about their competence, I am concerned about their business ethics. I was surprised by this too because their reviews were very good. I probably will not be back."
