"The line inside and outside has been dang near out the door for 2 days. The girls working the registers seem as though they could care less about helping customers quickly, one of them just looked down right miserable to be there at all. This place is really going downhill. It's a shame really."

Insurance is hardly ever used and medications which should have a low co-pay ($5 or less at walmart for same meds) this girl charges me $30+ everytime (3x) I've been there since moving back to quincy."

So I got in the habit of calling ahead to confirm my prescriptions are ready and I don’t have to wait 30+ minutes in line for nothing. (They always have super long lines) Called last night, they confirmed my scripts were ready for pickup. Got my automated ready for pickup message yesterday too. Come today, no scripts ready. And I sat in line for 30+ minutes on Christmas Eve for nothing. Now they can’t fill my script for 3 days. This has been my experience the last 10 times."
